Very nice to deal with. Diagnosed my vehicle and I realized that it may be covered under warranty and needed to go to the dealer. They were very nice about the whole situation. When I need any service that is not covered under warranty I will definitely be back to Oriskany Garage. The front end staff was great to deal with. The diagnostics was thorough and informative.

Had front brakes done. Perfect job. Great customer service as soon as you walk in the building . They even talk to you ahead of time thru email if you like, to set a time that fits you. They take your time into consideration when getting the job complete.. We decided to go there from word of mouth . The feeling we got was great customer service and expert mechanics.

Had brake installed, with no complications. Was updated before work was done with price and scenario of what may be found and cost of Repair. Very professional business and will continue to bring my vehicle there for repairs when needed. My brakes seem like they’re brand new again thank you oriskany garage for doing a great job.

I had a terrific experience. From start to finish, I received prompt, professional and courteous service and I am very confident and satisfied with the repairs that my vehicle needed. It was my first visit to the shop, but they treated me like I had been a customer of theirs for years. They kept me well informed throughout the process with both texts and calls and even sent me a link to show me what was wrong with my car, what may need to be fixed down the road and that the rest of the systems are in proper condition, along with actual photos of my car. I will be a repeat customer and feel very comfortable referring others to them. Also, I found their prices to be affordable and appropriate and even though I didn't use it, I believe they have a shuttle service, which is so convenient.

I had a great experience with Risky Garage. After dropping off my car, they quickly diagnosed the issue and called me to explain what they found. They took the time to go over several repair options and provided choices at different price points, which I really appreciated. The work was completed within the timeframe they promised, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, and responsive. They communicated clearly, did quality work, and followed through on their commitments. I will definitely use them again.
